We understand how sometimes it's a lot simpler to speak with someone when you have a question. For this reason, we have a dedicated Customer Service team!
Our team is based in Sydney, Australia and can be reached during business hours - Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding NSW Public Holidays) - through a few different avenues:
- Phone - simply dial 1300 459 450 and follow the prompts; or
- Live Chat - simply click the Help icon located at the bottom left of your screen and follow the prompts.
If you are trying to reach us outside of business hours, don't worry you can leave us a message!
- Email Form - fill out the form located on our Contact Us page.
Please note that as our system works on a "time-received" basis, sending multiple messages will automatically filter your form or email to the end of the list. It's always best to send one message and wait for a response! Our team works hard to respond to all enquiries and we are currently responding within one (1) business day.
