Can I edit, make changes to or cancel my order once it has been placed?Updated 3 days ago

If your order has just been placed and you wish to cancel or amend it, please call us immediately on 1300 459 450 (between 9am and 5pm weekdays Sydney time).

 

If it's outside of business hours, please fill in our contact form on our Contact Us page and select Order Support & Changes. This will place your message at the top of the priority list so we address it as soon as possible.

 

Please note that once your order has been placed, we are limited in the changes that can be made. Once your order has been dispatched, no changes are guaranteed. Dispatching your order means that it has left our warehouse and is on the move, in the hands of our skilled delivery partner.

 Additionally, during November and December, we will not be able to edit orders once they have been placed on the website, regardless of whether or not they have been dispatched. Our dispatch rate is almost immediate during this time of year.
