In the event that your order arrives damaged, you have received the incorrect product, or an order with missing items, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible! Send through your order number with a brief description and photos of the issue, including whether or not you will require a replacement.
We require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product. Receiving a copy of these photos will assist our teams in ensuring sufficient measures are in place for future orders.
