We are very pleased to offer the option of selecting a preferred dispatch week! Available through our Corporate Ordering Platform, you can select your preferred dispatch week at checkout prior to submitting your order.
Some helpful details below, which apply specifically to orders for dispatch during November and December:
- Orders are eligible for dispatch only once payment has been received. For direct deposit payments (bank transfers), this can take approximately 3 business days.
- During November and December, we recommend making payments with a credit card to ensure quick processing.
- If you have selected a preferred dispatch week, we will dispatch your order within that week. More information here: What is a "Preferred Dispatch Week"?
- If you have opted for our standard gold branding and selected "Dispatch ASAP" for your order, hampers will be dispatched the next available business day.
- Orders with corporate branding selected - personalised ribbon and / or cards - will be dispatched in 2+ business days, unless a future date has been selected.
- Orders with corporate-branded gift cards will generally not be dispatched prior to approval. If our team does not receive approval of the design prior to the week commencing December 15, we will dispatch your order.
