The cardboard of my order arrived torn. Why?Updated 4 days ago

We are very sorry to hear that your order was damaged in transit. We have systems in place to ensure this does not happen, though unfortunately some parcels have a rougher time during delivery. 

Due to the biodegradable nature of the cardboard we use for our hamper boxes and wine-inserts, we find that sometimes tears can occur as a result of the movement during transit. 

The cardboard inserts we use in our hampers to secure any bottles from movement are ecologically designed for single use only. They are to ensure the bottle in the hamper is not damaged during transit, though they do sometimes incur tears as a result of the movement of the tightly packed bottle. 

Please note that these cardboard inserts are optional when gifting the hamper to your recipient, so please feel free to remove the insert when gifting it forward.

We are sometimes able to offer to send out replacement inserts and boxes when this occurs, though unfortunately due to the high demand of our hampers, this is not always possible and our production team may not have any spares available.
